The Glade on Laurel is a 353-unit, six-story multifamily community that will bring market-rate plus 34 affordable units to the Takoma Park neighborhood of Northwest Washington, DC. The structure consists of concrete podium, reinforced concrete slab-on-grade, and wood framing. The building envelope is composed of fiber cement siding, brick veneer, and flat TPO roofing. The Glade on Laurel's studio, one-, and two-bedroom layouts feature quartz countertops and backsplashes, tile flooring and shower surrounds, and modern finishes and appliances. Amenities include four expansive courtyards, a deluxe fitness center, yoga studio, billiard room, and lounge.
